DREAM ADAPTIVE RECREATION
To enhance the quality of life of individuals with disabilities by providing year-round outdoor adaptive recreational opportunities.
The Winter Sports Program provides alpine ski lessons to individuals of all ages with disabilities at Whitefish Mountain Resort. These lessons include K-12 school-age children, and destination and local skiers with disabilities.
Funds not used to provide lessons will support the Backcountry Powder Camp for elite disabled athletes, and the Dream Adaptive Instructor Training Fund, which enables volunteers to become certified in adaptive teaching.
