The Great Fish Community Challenge is a major community event in Whitefish. The end result touches many lives and enriches our entire community. Volunteers are needed to help put on the Great Fish Community Challenge Fun Run and Community Celebration. Please contact the Whitefish Community Foundation to sign up to participate.

Volunteers are needed for the following:

Race Registration

Race Set-up (many different areas)

Course work and traffic control

Manning the color booth stations

Water Stations

Community Fair Breakfast

Community Fair Entertainment

Community Fair Clean-up

There is an added benefit bonus: If you volunteer to help on behalf of one of the participating nonprofits in the Great Fish Challenge, you will earn your organization one point toward the bonus grants at the end of the Challenge. Nonprofits have the opportunity to earn $1,000, $750, and $500 bonus grants and more.
